We are shipping out K WAVE Tote Bag/T-Shirts/Gym Sack before the concert so you can wear them and come along! They will ship out sequentially from 23rd October.

However, due to the tight schedule and risk of getting damaged during shipment, you need to pick up K WAVE Lightstick on 10th November at K WAVE X KKANG pick up stall.

If you order lightstick and t shirts together, we will ship out t shirts only and you need to visit our pick up stall on the concert day to get the lightstick.

Make sure to place an order with your name and phone number so we can vertify that the order was made by you.

You don't need to be concerned if you think you cannot find the pick up stall on the concert day. There will be guide/direction around the arena so that you can find us easily. We also highly recommend following our instagram page @kkangnz for instructions/updates on the concert day.

Pick up stall will be opened until 19:00PM.

All items are manufactured during and after the pre order period. Refund will be only available during the pre order period. Of course, if the concert is cancelled, we will refund all K WAVE merch orders. If there's a change in line up after pre order period, we will also refund people who want refund.

Yes, there will be some stocks on the concert day. However, there will be very limited quantity, more expensive and it can sold out early. We highly recommend making order during pre order period to secure your merch!

If you are from Australia, we will send you a free shipping - pick up code so that you don't have to pay for the international shipping fee. Please contact us to get the pick up code.

- NZ customer can also get the pick up code. Please contact us if you want to pick up on the concert day instead of getting delivered before the concert.
