All photocards are printed in the standard kpop photocard size
Please provide 59:89 ratio images if you wish to crop images yourself. Our staffs will crop the images if files are not 59:89 ratio.
Please put all images (maximum 20) of photocards, both front and back. For the file names of front and back of each photocard, you must use the following naming template: (number)-(front/back).

When uploading is complete, add item to the cart. Please check the cart if there's such file link under the item price. If it doesn't show although it says 'upload complete', please email us.

Can I change images after purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot do that for you. Please double check the files before making purchase.
How can I upload 2 or more files?
You need to add to cart separately. This means you need to upload and add to cart one by one. It won't work if you upload another file when the upload button shows 'upload complete'.
How long does it take?
It takes around 10~20 days weeks after purchase.
Does hologram coating also apply to the back of the photocard?
Hologram and star hologram coating are exclusive to the front of the photocard, while the back is printed with a glossy finish.
