Shipping policy

We usually ship out your order within 1~4 business days but there might be some delays beyond our control. We will do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

Once it has been shipped out, we will send you a tracking number to your registered email. Tracking information may not be updated immedately so please allow some time. 

Estimated delivery time is 2~4 business days after shipped out but there may be delays. We cannot control such situations so please ask nzpost in terms of delay in shipping. 

KKANG is not responsible for lost or damaged products due to delivery. We do not have any responsibility once it has shipped out. 

If you provided wrong address information, contact via kkangnz@gmail.com immediately. We cannot change address after shipping out and we won't refund due to this reason.
