1) Small dots/scratches/dusts (below 5mm) are inevitable conditions when printing out photocards.
2) We do not refund because you didn't get your photocard you want.
3) You MUST provide UNBOXING VIDEO from the start of unpacking the bag/box (show tracking code), no editing and show us the defect of the photocard (It MUST be shown on the video, not just by the naked eye. If you don't provide unboxing video with above conditions, we are NOT processing any refunds although you have severe damage on the photocard.
If you purchase pre order item with in stock items that are ready to ship, your order won't ship out until all items in your one order number arrive to us.
