STAMPED SHIPPING RULES
We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not reading this notice.
Only small item/quantity is available for this option.
Stamped shipping can take 3~6 days, but it can also take more than a month. This means shipping time period is totally random as it is UNTRACKED. There is no tracking number for stamped mail so you cannot check where it has arrived and the process of mail. There are two types of shipping method we can send with stamped mail.
1. STAMPED MAIL
- We will only send email that we have sent out your order.
2. STAMPED MAIL WITH PROOF
- We will send email that we have sent out your order by taking a video
- Extra service fee will occur when you wish to have a proof
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost mail and we won't refund your order. We also do not send an enquiry regarding with stamped mail to NZPOST. Please only buy at your own risk. From our experience, approximately 95% of stamped mails are delivered successfully.
PLEASE CHECK EACH PRODUCT'S ESTIMATED ARRIVAL. YOUR ORDER WON'T SHIP OUT UNTIL ALL ITEMS IN ONE ORDER NUMBER ARRIVE TO US.

A Item - Estimated Arrival 6th July
B Item - Estimated Arrival 30th July
-> This order will ship out around 30th July
In terms of pre order item's estimated delivery, it may take up to 2 weeks after estimated delivery due to the irregular time frame for international shipping and New Zealand custom.
We usually ship out your order within 1~4 business days but there might be some delays beyond our control. We will do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Once it has been shipped out, we will send you a tracking number to your registered email. Tracking information may not be updated immedately so please allow some time.
Estimated delivery time is 2~4 business days after shipped out but there may be delays. We cannot control such situations so please ask nzpost in terms of delay in shipping.
KKANG is not responsible for lost or damaged products due to delivery. We do not have any responsibility once it has shipped out.
If you provided wrong address information, contact via kkangnz.cs@gmail.com immediately. We cannot change address after shipping out and we won't refund due to this reason.
We do not make any refunds for shipping fee for any reason once it has shipped out. (Ordered wrong item, changed mind, checked notice/email late etc)
If the parcel returned to us for any reasons, we do not make a refund for shipping fee.
