so this is my first time ordering from kkang! and my goodness you best believe i will be ordering from here again !! because i brought a couple preorders it took a while for my stuff to arrive but when i got the email that it had been shipped it arrived literally the next day !! i love the communication that you guys have especially if there's anything wrong or slightly damaged as i did get an email about the aespa outer box being slightly damaged (which was no issue for me) because i would much rather be told than have it arrive and think the inside was damaged too (which it wasn't she was in perf condition) so overall love love love my albums/pc's and most definitely will be buying from kkang again!!! lots of love !!! thankq for making buying kpop merch easy for us kiwis !!! <33
