Amazing products and arrived internationally in great condition.
I have preordered the four CD player Armeggedon albums for my friends and I where they have said they would ship it out 1-3 weeks post release date. I waited around 5 weeks for them to ship out my item, even emailing them regarding this situation with no response the first time. After emailing the second time, they respond saying I need to pay extra for shipping due to the battery limit in one package. I have no problem with this, but what I was extremely disappointed with is the lack of communication and organisation. I truly wonder what would have happened if I didn't say anything, they most likely wouldn't have said anything. Additionally, after emailing them regarding my frustration, they did not apologise. Truly useless.
