This might be a play code box set thing but it’s so big and weighty because it comes with a huge book full of the outfits/concepts and concert photos from The World era and a full Diary. There was an email sent to advise me of a delay but it went to my junk so I missed it but when I enquired they responded quickly and let me know about the delay. Very happy with the service.

Slightly damaged box exterior which I'm not that upset about because shipping can often cause damage regardless of the careful wrapping. The diary book however was ripped slightly down the spine. I won't try to exchange it because I didn't video it and I've never had an issue with any of my other orders x still very excited to have this in my collection it's gorgeous!
