So this was half of an order I got. I got refunded for the other item but for this product the packaging and condition wasn't good enough. It was already bent as soon as I unwrapped. That may be SM STORE's fault but when you receive it as the middle man you could quality check this too and help prevent it. Bubble wrap can only do so much so I hope they can consider things like cardboard too to prevent bending. So far not the best service due to what happened.
