I’d like if there would be an option for our deliveries to be sent inside a box over a bag. This is the second order I’ve received from KKANG where the exterior of some of my albums have been bent in transit due to how they were shipped and the weight of the other items in the parcel 🥲 - I would be happy to pay more for them to be sent in a box instead as Kpop albums are getting worse in terms of quality and how they are produced. I like to collect, so receiving them in damaged condition is disheartening
